| Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. Add beef strips, stri fry 3-5 minutes or untill meat is brown all over. Do not allow beef to boil in it's juices.

| Add soy sauce, ginger and garlic to meat. In a large pot bring 4 cups of water to the boil. Add noodles, cook according to directions on packet.

| Add capsicum to beef, stir well, then fold in shredded cabbage. Combine well. season to taste.

| Drain noodles. Divide and serve onto four plates, top with beef mixture and scatter walnuts over the top.
