| Place spinach into a microproof container, cover and cook on high (100%)
3 minutes, set aside. Cook bacon and onion uncovered on high 2 minutes.

| Combine minced beef, bacon, onion, garlic, egg and paprika. Divide into 8 portions. Place each portion on top of a spinach leaf, roll up. Arrange rolls in a shallow container, seam side down.

| Mix puree, stock cube, mustard and worcestershire sauce, pour over rolls, cover and cook on high 5 minutes, reduce power to medium (50%) 5 minutes. Turn rolls, cover, cook a further 15 minutes on medium.

| While spinach rolls are cooking boil rice according to directions on packet. Drain, toss parsley through.

| Serve spinach rolls, masked with the sauce, accompanied by the rice.
