4-6 thin veal schnitzels
| 1 teaspoon oil

15g butter or margarine
| 1 cup rice
|
1 Pampas pizza base
| 1 large tomato, sliced

1/2 cup thick pasta sauce
| 1 teaspoon dried basil

200g sliced mozzarella cheese
| salad vegetables of your choice

| 1 | Preheat oven 230 C (450 F). Heat oill in frying pan. Add butter or margarine, when sizzling add schnitzels. Fry 2 minutes on each side. Drain. |

| 2 | Place pizza base on pizza tray. Cover with sliced tomato, top with schnitzels. Spoon pasta sauce over schnitzels, sprinkle with basil. Finish pizza with mozzarella cheese. |
| 3 | Bake pizza in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden. |
| 4 | Prepare salad |
| 5 | Serve pizza in wedges accompanied by salad. |
