25 Minute Veal Parmigana Pizza


Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes


4-6 thin veal schnitzels 1 teaspoon oil
15g butter or margarine 1 cup rice
1 Pampas pizza base 1 large tomato, sliced
1/2 cup thick pasta sauce 1 teaspoon dried basil
200g sliced mozzarella cheese salad vegetables of your choice


1 Preheat oven 230 C (450 F). Heat oill in frying pan. Add butter or margarine, when sizzling add schnitzels. Fry 2 minutes on each side. Drain.
2 Place pizza base on pizza tray. Cover with sliced tomato, top with schnitzels. Spoon pasta sauce over schnitzels, sprinkle with basil. Finish pizza with mozzarella cheese.
3 Bake pizza in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden.
4 Prepare salad
5 Serve pizza in wedges accompanied by salad.
