500g Lean Beef strips
| 1 tablespooon canola oil

1 onion, chopped
| 1/3 cup slivered almonds
|
1/2 cup sultanas
| 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
|
1 teaspoon ground cumin
| 1 tablespoon sugar
|
400g can tomatoes with their juice
| 60g spinach, shredded
|
| 1 | Mix beef strips with half oil and garlic |

| 2 | Heat wok (or frypan) on high |
| 3 | Stir-fry strips in small batches for 1-2 mins. Remove when cooked and allow wok to reheat before stir-frying next batch. |
| 4 | Heat remaining oil in wok. Fry onion, almonds and sultanas for 1 minute. return stir-fried beef strips. |
| 5 | Add turmeric, cumin, sugar, tomatoes and spinach. Toss to heat through, about 1-2mins. serve with couscous or boiled rice. |
