500g Lean Beef Mince
| 2 teaspoons canola oil

1 teaspoon crushed garlic
| 1/4 cup Leggo's tomato paste

400g can whole tomatoes
| 1 teaspoon sugar
|
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs

| 1 | Heat oil on high in large fry pan. Fry onion and garlic on high for 1-2 mins. |

| 3 | Stir in remaining ingredients. When boiling, reduce to low heat, cover and simmer gently for 20 mins. Serve with spaghetti, crusty bread and salad. |
