Spaghetti Bolognaise

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes


500g Lean Beef Mince 2 teaspoons canola oil
1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1/4 cup Leggo's tomato paste
400g can whole tomatoes 1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs


1 Heat oil on high in large fry pan. Fry onion and garlic on high for 1-2 mins.
2 Add mince stirring constantly until well browned
3 Stir in remaining ingredients. When boiling, reduce to low heat, cover and simmer gently for 20 mins. Serve with spaghetti, crusty bread and salad.
